Are you an experienced Estate Agent, Manager, Lister or Valuer? Fine & Country have an immediate opening for a Partner Agent to work the premium housing market in Hampstead, NW3 & Hampstead Garden Suburb, NW11.

£72,000 - £150,000+ OTE

How Much Can You Earn: Our average fee is currently c.£25,000 and you will be marketing homes around & exceeding the £1,500,000 mark. You will earn between 36% and 40% of all your exchanged fees.

What You Do: Partner Agents can focus on the four main income producing tasks which are, Prospecting, Listing Properties, Selling Properties and Negotiating offers, which is what most Agents enjoy doing and are good at.

What We Do: Provide a complete back-office service - you will have a pre-sales team, post sales team and admin support team working behind the scenes for you. We help and support with; administration, dealing with calls, booking appointments, marketing, sales progression, marketing exposure, lead generation. We will provide you with all the tools, support and help you need to be a successful estate agent, earn a great income and enjoy a better work/life balance. We ensure you are able offer a world class service, with exceptional marketing to your vendors.

Who Are We Looking For: We are looking for highly motivated, ambitious and entrepreneurial Agents. Someone who has worked in estate agency previously and looking for their next step up
